Education 

Although I do not hold a formal college degree, I have completed college coursework through Reedley Community College and the Los Rios Community College District. My hands on experience in program management, project coordination, and community based leadership has given me a strong practical foundation that supports my ability to manage complex responsibilities with professionalism and confidence.

Throughout my career, I have consistently pursued learning opportunities that strengthen my skills and broaden my perspective. I have attended training sessions, conferences, and workshops across multiple sectors, including disability advocacy, workforce development, youth leadership, and operational management. These experiences have helped me build the knowledge and adaptability needed to excel in roles that require problem solving, strategic thinking, and effective collaboration.

I remain committed to ongoing growth and continuous learning. I am open to earning certifications and expanding my formal education in ways that align with my career goals and the needs of the communities I serve. My focus is always on developing the expertise necessary to contribute meaningfully and stay current in an evolving field.
