With more than sixteen years of experience in disability advocacy, youth services, foster care, higher education, and workforce development, I bring a deep understanding of community centered solutions and the power of collaboration. I have managed complex programs, contributed to policy through service on state and national advisory bodies, and built partnerships that connect organizations, educators, employers, and local leaders.

My leadership in program development, client services, and operational management has helped me design initiatives that remove barriers to independence and long term success. What continues to motivate me is seeing people grow and recognize their own potential. I value the moments when individuals gain confidence, families find stability, and communities move forward through equitable access to opportunity.

• Facilitation and Speaking: Leading dynamic workshops, delivering motivational talks, and engaging in meaningful conversations that inspire growth and development for individuals and teams.

• Event Planning: From conception to execution, I manage logistics, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless delivery of events that exceed expectations.

• Administrative Support: Offering remote or on-site support, I specialize in office management, data entry, and operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Employment Coaching: Providing individualized guidance on job readiness and career preparation, including resume development, interview coaching, and career exploration tailored to each client’s goals.

• Independent Living Skills Coaching: Delivering one-on-one, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities to foster greater independence. I design and implement customized plans to teach essential skills such as health, nutrition, hygiene, budgeting, and community integration. My approach emphasizes advocacy, behavioral support, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure clients achieve meaningful progress toward their goals.

• Medical & Independent Living Support: Offering personalized assistance for individuals with higher medical needs, including recordkeeping, appointment coordination, health tracking, transportation, and planning support. Focused on simplifying care, promoting independence, and ensuring continuity for clients and families.

• Remote Administration: Managing inquiries, filtering information, and delivering exceptional virtual administrative support to streamline your operations.

Fun Fact: Not only am I a seasoned professional in nonprofit management and workforce development, but my career journey started hands-on. My very first job was laying tile and supporting a construction crew!
